Hiatus

I thought this site would be something fun and different to do, but it has turned into too much work.  Especially with the way my career has been, since I started this blog.  Over the next few weeks, I’m gonna transfer a lot of the entries from this blog, onto my primary blog, Defying Despondency.   I’m not closing this blog down, just putting on hiatus.

Wind Beneath My Wings

Every time something really big happens in my life; it’s bittersweet.  Because I’d love to have my parents around to share in my joy.  This song is dedicated to them.  In all honesty, the lyrics don’t fit 100%.  But the overall message is right on target.  They were my heroes.

The 70’s Were So Sappy!

The boyfriend emailed this, to me, today.  He’s a big fan of the likes of The Carpenters, and any other bubble gum group from the 70’s.
